(More customer reviews)I've had several of the Cuisinart GreenGourmet frying pans that are great at first but had to be exchanged when they started to stick. When they stick, they are awful, much worse than Teflon ever was.Even though they didn't start to flake like Teflon can, they became unusable.I had the same disappointing results with another "green" line, the Greenpan Thermolon sold on Home Shopping Network. They tell you to season these kinds of pans by coating them in vegetable oil and putting them in a 300 degree oven for an hour but that did absolutely no good.
So far so good with this stock pot though, I've had it for three months now.I use it quite often for soups, stews and curries and it has been wonderful - no sticking and cleanup is a breeze. It looks very high quality and the size is perfect.I was actually replacing a 5 quart stockpot and was worried it would be too big but it is tall and narrow instead of short and squat so it actually takes up less room on the stove-top.
