The quality of the Thermalloy is excellent. Very thick bottom for even heating. The stainless interior and exterior both clean up very easily. The number of positive comments I receive at parties on the looks of the pot surprised me! Not only does it perform it's function extremely well, it looks great on the cooktop doing it. Highly recommended over the aluminum and thinner stainless versions available at local stores.
If you want a restaurant-quality stock pot that will last you a lifetime of cooking, look no further. 32 quarts is large enough for parties of around 30 people at my house. 16 quarts is large enough for the average user and 10 guests. It costs a bit more than lesser stock pots, but the quality and functionality are worth it if you do a lot of cooking for parties.
I just ordered a 16 quart for smaller parties, which reminded me I needed to review the 32 quart.
